App Hub is a central hub within Morningstar Advisor Workstation, designed to streamline advisor workflows by integrating trusted platforms and resources. However, low engagement and poor ROI hindered its effectiveness. Leading the design update, I reimagined App Hub as a visually engaging, highly accessible platform that enhances discoverability and encourages advisors to explore and subscribe to partner apps, ultimately improving its value and adoption.
